Abstrak

Andalusia Islamic civilization was the center of the spread of Islam in Europe in the Middle Ages which contributed to the development of science in many fields such as religious knowledge; language and literature; philosophy; general knowledge; as well as the advancement of female intellectuals. For several centuries, Andalusia has dominated civilization in Europe; it is undeniable that the atmosphere of her thinking was colored by the thoughts of many Muslim scholars at that time. In terms of city planning and physical buildings, the Andulusian civilization has no equal in history and even its remains can still be enjoyed today, such as Medina al-Zahrah, Medina Salim, Medina al Mayra, Cordova Mosque, Cordova bridge, and Cordova University
